Misc MZ Plugins

Rpg Maker MZ: Parallax plugins list

Parallax mapping, what’s that?

It’s a technique for advanced users who are familiar with an “image editor”. You can either build a photo montage of a map from scratch or enhance it (overlay mapping) and then import it in Rpg Maker MZ and setup it with the help of the following plugins.

Name: Gabe MZ – Fog Effects
Author: Gabe
Language: English

This plugin provides a option to add fog effects on the game screen.
Easy to use and configure, you can set all fogs you desire in a few clicks.

Name: Foreground Parallax
Author: Lion Blade Soler
Language: English

the Foreground Parallax plugin for MZ is accessible through the Plugin Command Event Command. I wanted to take full advantage of the improvement on the Plugin Command for RMMZ and make the plugin accessible to everyone, so there would be no need to use a script line to activate/deactivate the foreground parallax (which could/would also lead to error(s) if the line of code was typed or inputted incorrectly).

Name: Cyclone Maps
Author: Hudell
Language: English

This plugin combines several of my MV plugins into a single one.
Editor is on the way

Name: MZ Layer Graphics
Author: Galv
Language: English

This plugin allows you to use graphics as layers on the map. The layers can appear at different height levels (below the map, below characters, above everything, etc.) and can move in different ways. This was designed to be used for layer mapping (aka parallax mapping) as well as fogs and other effects.
In addition to map layers, layers can also be created in battles, allowing fogs and other effects.

Prime Parallax is a powerful parallax mapping plugin which features 5 layer parallax, infinite fog layers and ultra fast dynamic fade character reflections.
