How would i make it to where certain items would drop only if a character was equipped with a certain skill AND the enemy had the aforementioned “bounty” state.

The premise behind this is that the bounty hunter will have a passive skill that increases drop rate of items and allows for rarer items to drop from creatures marked with “Bounty.”
